Zo in de Watertoren provides daycare for children aged 0 until 4. The water tower of Steenbergen is a unique location and offers the pleasant and comfortable atmosphere we find important at Zo.

The daycare has two groups:
• One baby group for children aged 0 until 2 years.
• A toddler group for children aged 2 until 4 years.
Dividing the children according to age was a deliberate choice, as babies need more care and have a slightly different schedule than the older children.
Providing a sense of security and personal contact with the group leader are key. For example, the children in the infant group are just starting to walk and would probably fall over easily if placed in a vertical group with children aged until 4 who are much further in their physical development.

We have several rooms we can use for the children in the toddler group: a room for arts and crafts, a room for physical games with the group leaders and a spacious room that can be used for all the children to play and eat together.

And it goes without saying that we go outdoors with the children as often as possible. The children can use our own outside play area where we have a wide variety of play equipment.
