Pedagogical Professional – Big Ben Kids Wassenaar & The Hague

For our locations in Wassenaar and The Hague, Big Ben Kids is looking for a Pedagogical Professional for at least 25 hours per week.

Big Ben Kids offers both daycare (Kinderdagverblijf) and after-school care (BSO), providing high-quality childcare in a safe, inspiring and supportive environment where children can grow and develop at their own pace.

In this role, you contribute to a positive and structured daily environment where children feel safe, seen and encouraged to explore. You work together with your colleagues to create meaningful activities that support development, creativity and social skills.

You play an important role in maintaining the quality of care and actively contribute to the ongoing development of the team and the location. Collaboration, professionalism and attention to each child are at the heart of your work.

• You hold a relevant qualification that makes you eligible to work as an early years (childcare) professional.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English (minimum level 3F and B2).
• You have strong social and communication skills.
• You work well in a team and contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
• You take initiative, are open to feedback, and handle it in a constructive and professional way.
• You ensure a safe, stable and stimulating environment for every child’s development.
